Roxi Floral and Balloons custom arrangements are guaranteed to use fresh quality products. Some flowers may be seasonal or unavailable for a variety of reasons on the day of your delivery or event. Although this is an infrequent occurrence, a similar flower will be substituted. Roxi Floral and Balloons is not responsible for bad weather during your delivery or event and can not be responsible for products damaged by weather or any other acts beyond our control.
